We are so excited to share our positive messages with you through apparel. Please read the information below regarding our apparel orders.
Shipping Policy
Please note that all apparel is made-to-order so please provide us 7-14 days for your apparel to arrive. If you are ordering during the holidays, please keep this in mind when ordering near special days. Shipping may be delayed via the shipping company USPS.
Refund Policy
Please note that because each shirt is made to order, we do not provide refunds. Please refer to the size chart section on this page for our Adult Unisex and Youth Unisex shirts.
Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges for shirts that have defects. We will process a new shirt to be shipped to you once you do the following:
1) Please take a picture of the defective item and send it to us via email (positiveteesandmore@gmail.com) along with your order information and we will process that for you for a new order.
